Each exhibitor may display 50 press kits in the press room at one time. All kits are to contain PRESS information, not sales materials. HD reserves the right to ensure that materials are appropriate for press distribution. We strongly encourage you to deliver your press kits in person to the Onsite Press room. The Onsite Press Room may be occupied by registered press only, and exhibitors are prohibited from taking any materials other than their own. Computer stations will be available for use by registered press.
NO FILMING POLICY: Filming and Videotaping is prohibited, unless you secure a PASS from the press office. This pass must be attached to camera equipment, and visible, at all times.
NO DISTRIBUTION POLICY: ONLY the HOSPITALITY DESIGN Show Dailies will be authorized to be distributed throughout the entire Mandalay Bay Convention Center during HD Expo. ALL other publications will be limited to a single distribution point on the show floor; their booth ONLY. Publications bins can be purchased by contacting a Sales Rep.
