Four Seasons Private Residences in Bora Bora for Sale

Four Seasons Private Residences Bora Bora are now available for sale. Yabu Pushelberg custom designed the 15 whole-ownership estates. The Pacific Residences model houses four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and more than 11,500 square feet of living space. The Lagoon Residences have three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and 9,000 square-feet of total living space.Yabu Pushelberg employed a series of Polynesian thatched roofs for each house, in which ceilings rise 20 feet in the main rooms. A reflecting pool cascades into an infinity-edge swimming pool, flanked by Jacuzzis and fire "bowls." The design team implemented elements such as sandblasted limestone walls, black rough wood beams and columns, and hand-scraped smoked oak wood flooring. Each home will also feature a custom-designed dining table, a separate library space, bedrooms with king-size beds, and adjoining open-air bathrooms with stone carved tubs and walk-out showers. Residents will have access to the services of the adjacent Four Seasons Resort, opening this September.
