Plans Announced for Luxury Hotel in Downtown D.C.

Developers are proposing a $150 million project that includes a 400-room luxury hotel and high-end retail in downtown Washington, D.C. The hotel and retail will be part of a 10-acre mixed-use development on the former site of the city's convention center.The hotel will be near the 1,150-room convention center hotel from Marriott International and RLJ Development.
