NO FILMING POLICY: Filming and videotaping are prohibited without a pass from the press office. This pass must be attached to camera equipment and visible at all times.

NO DISTRIBUTION POLICY: Only Hospitality Design show dailies are authorized for distribution throughout the entire Mandalay Bay Convention Center during HD Expo. All other publications will be limited their own booths on the show floor. Publications bins can be purchased by contacting an HD Expo account executive.
